For our Banknotes, we accept the following payments:
Paypal or Credit/Debit card
Paypal online in GBP, EUR & USD. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. When prompted, simply uncheck the 'save your info' or 'create an account' option and continue as a guest.

Personal Cheques UK
We can accept personal cheques from customers ONLY IN THE U.K. We cannot accept foreign cheques or postal orders. Please make your UK sterling cheque payable to Kate's Paper Money.
Bank Transfer
We can accept a bank transfer in sterling. Please place your order; you will be given instructions when you check out.
Cash
For small orders, GB pounds, US dollars, or Euros can be sent as cash. However, cash is sent at your own risk, so please register/insure it.
We reserve the right to refuse an order.
Layaway Terms
As collectors, we appreciate that some banknotes require deeper pockets than others. We offer the facility to make weekly or monthly payments for up to six months for those items. A deposit will secure the item's reservation for you, and the note will be posted to you after the final payment of the agreement is received. Please contact us at kate@katespapermoney.co.uk to discuss this further.
POSTAGE AND CUSTOMS INFORMATION
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Postage costs are included in the price shown for each item.
International customers should be aware that orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees on arrival. These charges are levied by your national customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Collectable banknotes are generally dispatched under commodity code CN 9705 39 00 (collections and collectors' pieces of numismatic interest, not over 100 years old), though customers are advised to verify the applicable code and any associated charges with their own customs authority before ordering.
The EU TARIC database at taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu allows EU customers to check duty rates and import VAT by country.
Customers outside the EU should consult their national customs authority or postal service.
Returns
This is our business; we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will probably not hear from you again, which is bad for business and sad for us. So, we offer a 14-day return policy from when the note is dispatched.
The note must be returned in the condition you received it, carefully packaged between cardboard and sleeve to avoid damage. It must be the actual banknote we sent you. We recommend you send them by either Recorded or Registered delivery mail to obtain a signature. Refunds will be made immediately upon receipt of returned items.

If you choose to pay online for an order, you are transferred to our online payment provider, PayPal. Their website requests your card details and processes your payment on our behalf. We have not received your card payment details from PayPal.
We received confirmation that you have paid. We only store the contents of your shopping basket and your name, delivery address & contact details in our database.
